I have dreamt in my life, dreams that have stayed with me ever after, and changed my ideas; they have gone through and through me, wine through water, and altered the color of my mind. And this is one: I'm going to tell it - but take care not to smile at any part of it.

Ester asked why people are sad. That’s simple, says the old man. They are the prisoners of their personal history. Everyone believes that the main aim in life is to follow a plan. They never ask if that plan is theirs or if it was created by another person. They accumulate experiences, memories, things, other people's ideas, and it is more than they can possibly cope with. And that is why they forget their dreams.

Let go of your expectations. The universe will do what it will. Sometimes your dreams will come true. Sometimes they won't. Sometimes when you let go of a broken dream, another one gently takes its place. Be aware of what is, not what you would like to be, taking place.

Be careful what you water your dreams with. Water them with worry and fear and you will produce weeds that choke the life from your dream. Water them with optimism and solutions and you will cultivate success. Always be on the lookout for ways to turn a problem into an opportunity for success. Always be on the lookout for ways to nurture your dream.

If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavours to live the life which he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.

Find yourself and express yourself in your own particular way. Express your love openly. Life is nothing but a dream, and if you create your life with love, your dream becomes a masterpiece of art.

All of us failed to match our dreams of perfection. So I rate us on the basis of our splendid failure to do the impossible.

Unclose your mind. You are not a prisoner. You are a bird in flight, searching the skies for dreams.

All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.
