I had a dream about you. Your face was puffy like a puffer fish only puffier and I thought it was from crying. Nope turns out you were just fat. But at least you were fat and happy.

A female cop in my dream observes a shuffle and takes note but doesnt fully see the bank robbery I have just committed during the planned distraction. All she sees is a man with a lot of money and draws the wrong conclusionthat I am more handsome now than I was when she didnt know I had money and she saw me walk in the door.

If prayer stands as the place where God and human beings meet then I must learn about prayer. Most of my struggles in the Christian life circle around the same two themes why God doesnt act the way we want God to and why I dont act the way God wants me to. Prayer is the precise point where those themes converge.

Let the world know your dreams my friend realise them

Sometimes I get advice from the fictional characters in my dreams. Sometimes Its good and sometimes its nonsensical.

Dreaming isnt wasted time. The waste comes when you have these wonderful dreams but you dont do anything to make them real.

Prayer does change things all kinds of things. But the most important thing it changes is us. As we engage in this communion with God more deeply and come to know the One with whom we are speaking more intimately that growing knowledge of God reveals to us all the more brilliantly who we are and our need to change in conformity to Him. Prayer changes us profoundly.

Pray hope and dont worry. Worry is useless. God is merciful and will hear your prayer.
