Authority confined in you does not make you a leader. It is the authority created by you that makes you influence people with your purpose.

You may have the greatest vision plans or goals as you may term it. You can call it Vison 2020 Vision 2045 or whatever. But remember not work is done unless a distance is covered

Ballot papers do not define leaders. Leadership is defined by conviction vision passion and inspiration.

It is not enough to take good decisions and make good choices. It is necessary to take heed and comply with whatever you plan and that can only happen by the influence of the Lord God the giver of your dreams.
