Prayer enables you to tap into Gods wisdom anywhere anytime no matter whats going on.

Let me dream so I can shape the world let me dream so I can make others dream as well but do not let me dream my days away lest I sleep my years away too.

Sometimes Gods way of answering prayer is not by removing the pressure but by increasing your strength to bear it.

Think about your dreams. Think of every detail of what you want to manifest. Imagine every person included in your plans. Sense all the emotions that you want to happen when your dreams come true. Visualize where will you be when your dreams already happened. Breathe the air where you want to manifest it. Dream. Imagine. Believe. Theres no more truer than this. It is what it is.

Never leave your life plan to be determined by people who are not going where you are going. For the sake of your dreams and also for the sake of the people God created to benefit from your God-give talents stay away from toxic people. Mount the shoulder giants and see farther ahead

A leader without a clear vision and plans only abuses his power because visions dreams and plans are the fulcrum along which the loads of success will spine by your own efforts. And where power is abused there is manipulation instead of inspiration.

What a gift it was to me in my young adult years to have the opportunity to meet with my pastor Alex Aronis an hour a week over ten weeks to introduce me to the approach to prayer found in the Spiritual Exercises of Ignatius Loyola. I think back with deep gratitude that this was a pastor with a vision to teach parishioners how to pray and he was prepared to teach them one on one one by one. He was never so busy or preoccupied with church management that he did not have time for this very basic dimension of pastoral ministry. Yes it takes time but it may be one of the most powerful gifts we can give another teaching them how to pray.
