I had a dream about you. I asked you to dance and you said you already had a partner. That was when I noticed you were embracing a mannequin and I felt my face get flushed and I felt flustered. Its embarrassing when a mannequin is a better dancer than you but at least I was more agile than my grandpa who was making a fool of himself in the bathroom as he tried to tango with a urinal.

Libraries are sexual dream factories. The langour brings it on.

We chase dreams and embrace shadows.

Every time my dreams threaten to become reality something always happens and I end up alone.

We can imagine the books wed like to read even if they have not yet been written and we can imagine libraries full of books we would like to possess even if they are well beyond our reach because we enjoy dreaming up a library that reflects every one of our interests and every one of our foibles--a library that in its variety and complexity fully reflects the reader we are.

Ah but dreams cannot be captured with promises he said. Like water they elude our grasp. But water is the staff of life. I believe your dream will come true if only because you will not compromise on it and let it go too lightly.

The Lord gave the wonderful promise of the free use of His Name with the Father in conjunction with doing His works. The disciple who lives only for Jesus work and Kingdom for His will and honor will be given the power to appropriate the promise. Anyone grasping the promise only when he wants something very special for himself will be disappointed because he is making Jesus the servant of his own comfort. But whoever wants to pray the effective prayer of faith because he needs it for the work of the Master will learn it because he has made himself the servant of his Lords interests.

I had a dream about you. You claimed Orafouraville was a town and I declared it a city. You said it was one resident shy of being a city and I said So what if that one resident is shy Do shy people not count as citizens Do introverts not pay taxes You tried to claim that you were talking about population size and classifications on categoriesnomenclature and nothing more. But I saw you for what you werea bigoted small-minded big-city elitist.

Its all a question of imagination. Our responsibility begins with the power to imagine.

We dream we wake on a cold hillside we pursue the dream again. In the beginning was the dream and the work of disenchantment never ends.
